About Angela

Hi, I'm Angela! I have always had a passion for health, particularly preventative health through fitness, nutrition, and a healthy lifestyle. I have found that true health encompasses more than just our physical body, it is a wholeness of mind, body, and spirit. I've also found that wholeness cannot be achieved without Jesus Christ making us whole.

I have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise Science from Utah State University. I am a certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor through the American Council on Exercise, a certified PiYo Instructor through Beach Body Fitness, a graduate of The Institute of Integrative Nutrition specializing in Health Coaching, and a certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist through The American Council on Exercise. I am also currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling to become a licensed therapist. My hope is to help as many people as possible find support & healing from depression and anxiety through nutrition, a healthy lifestyle, and ultimately through Jesus Christ.

I have a very supportive husband who has made a lot of sacrifices to help me create Lift. We have four great kids who keep us busy and bring us an immesurable amount of happiness!

Hi friends! I’m Maddie Little — a wife, mother, Jesus lover, Realtor + fitness coach. I graduated with a Bachelors in Kinesiology and a Masters in Prosthetics & Orthotics but decided to make a career change when my son was born. About Madi

Hey everyone, I’m Madi Hodges! I am a wife, dog mom, coach, educator, and self proclaimed foodie. My husband and I were raised in Gentry so our love for this town and its people is strongly rooted in us. I have always struggled with self image and loving the body God has blessed me with. However, since integrating myself into Lift I have learned that the journey to loving yourself may not be perfect, but definitely worth it! Currently, I am a cheer coach at Siloam Springs Schools’ while also working in early child education. I have grown a passion for the dance/choreography atmosphere through my past experiences as an athlete and now as a coach as well. I am so happy to bring a fun way to move your body, to a community that I love!

I graduated with a bachelor's degree in kinesiology with the goal of pursuing a degree in physical therapy. Plans changed when I had my youngest child and my path lead me toward applied behavior analysis. I am now a board certified behavior analyst working with children on the autism spectrum. My passion for health and wellness never left so I'm so excited to be working out with you!

About Taryn

Hi friends! I’m Taryn Capps. Out of the 21 years that I have been alive, I have spent 18 of them dancing. For as long as I can remember, I have always had a passion for dance. I was raised in Gentry and graduated from Gentry High School, where I then packed up and moved to Joplin to go to Missouri Southern State University. Throughout my dance career, I have earned many national titles and won countless judges choice awards. I pursued my love for dance in joining the dance team at my college and quickly worked my way up into becoming the captain, and even won the leadership and excellence award given to those that the athletic staff recognize for uplifting their team and showing true passion for the sport. I feel as if I was born to be a leader, and being able to share my passion with the young dancers that I have had the blessing to teach throughout the years brings me immense joy and happiness.Teaching children and teens how to express yourself through dance and show the world what talents God gifted them with is a truly magical experience and I wouldn’t trade it for the world. My goal is to bring everything that I have worked so hard to achieve back to where I was raised, and give kids that have a passion for dance the opportunity to thrive in their element.
