About Angela

Hi, I'm Angela!  I have always had a passion for health, particularly preventative health through fitness, nutrition, and a healthy lifestyle.  I have found that true health encompasses more than just our physical body, it is a wholeness of mind, body, and spirit.  I've also found that wholeness cannot be achieved without Jesus Christ making us whole.

I have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise Science from Utah State University.  I am a certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor through the American Council on Exercise, a certified PiYo Instructor through Beach Body Fitness, a graduate of The Institute of Integrative Nutrition specializing in Health Coaching, and a certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist through The American Council on Exercise.  I am also currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling to become a licensed therapist. My hope is to help as many people as possible find support & healing from depression and anxiety through nutrition, a healthy lifestyle, and ultimately through Jesus Christ.

I have a very supportive husband who has made a lot of sacrifices to help me create Lift. We have four great kids who keep us busy and bring us an immesurable amount of happiness!

About Maddie

Hi friends! I’m Maddie Little — a wife, mother, Jesus lover, Realtor + fitness coach. I graduated with a Bachelors in Kinesiology and a Masters in Prosthetics & Orthotics but decided to make a career change when my son was born. My personal experience with pregnancy, birth and postpartum inspired me to work towards my certification as a pre + postnatal fitness specialist, as well as a NASM personal trainer in hopes of bringing more knowledge and expertise to the women in the Lift community!

Let’s make Pretty Little Muscles together!

About Madi

Hey everyone, I’m Madi Hodges! I am a wife, dog mom, coach, educator, and self proclaimed foodie. My husband and I were raised in Gentry so our love for this town and its people is strongly rooted in us. I have always struggled with self image and loving the body God has blessed me with. However, since integrating myself into Lift I have learned that the journey to loving yourself may not be perfect, but definitely worth it! Currently, I am a cheer coach at Siloam Springs Schools’ while also working in early child education. I have grown a passion for the dance/choreography atmosphere through my past experiences as an athlete and now as a coach as well. I am so happy to bring a fun way to move your body, to a community that I love!

About Katie

Hello! I'm Katie Barker. I grew up in Gentry and am so excited to be a part of Lift! A little about me: my husband and I have been married for almost 13 years and we have 3 children. I graduated with a bachelor's degree in kinesiology with the goal of pursuing a degree in physical therapy. Plans changed when I had my youngest child and my path lead me toward applied behavior analysis. I am now a board certified behavior analyst working with children on the autism spectrum. My passion for health and wellness never left so I'm so excited to be working out with you!
